Feed-A-Student Program

Donation protected
As you will be well aware, the situation regarding the Coronavirus has had a significant effect on international students. We understand that the priority of the Australian government is its own people.

In light of the ongoing crisis we have previously launched an Adopt-A-Student Program where some generous households have opened their doors to few International Students who are unable to pay rent. However, as COVID-19 continues to impact Australian and global economy, many of them have lost their jobs that even their sponsors both onshore and offshore are also facing financial difficulty. During the last few weeks, we have been receiving a lot of phone calls, messages and emails seeking for assistance.

For this reason, APSA has decided to give grocery packs to 1,000 Filipino International Students. We can't do this alone so we would like to appeal to you to partner with us in this cause.

We believe that this gesture will not only feed an empty stomach but will surely give hope and motivation to many Filipinos in Australia. We pray that we will all successfully win this battle and that, amidst the pandemic we are currently facing we know that there’s a community that cares… for we are all in this together!!!

 With sincere thanks,
