About the presenters:
Brian Friel is a partner at BD Squared. He leads analytics efforts to help companies maximize their ability to win contract vehicles using scorecard evaluation methodology, as well as BD Squared’s vehicle services designed to help companies win more task orders. Brian’s earlier career was in journalism, where he analyzed the business of government for a variety of publications including Government Executive, National Journal, Congressional Quarterly and Bloomberg.
Cameron Leuthy is a senior analyst with Bloomberg Government. He has more than 20 years of experience in analyzing budgets, policy, contracting, and legislation at the Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Defense, Battelle, and Booz Allen Hamilton. His expertise includes the federal budget and the nexus of national security policy, operational requirements and funding. He has a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and an MPA from the University of Washington.
