Leading Insurer leverages Rollio AI Natural Language Processing for Seamless Customer and Agent Interactions

Thursday, December 4th New York, New York - Rollio.ai, the world’s first and only voice-enabled intelligent, human-to-CRM interface for field service and customer service teams, today announced that Western & Southern Life, a member of Western & Southern Financial Group - a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, has selected Rollio.ai to assist and empower its agents on Salesforce.com by using artificial intelligence that enters and updates cases and radically reduces call times and improves customer experiences. 

Western & Southern Life recently completed a pilot where associates utilized Rollio to assist with entering and updating cases and records expeditiously. The company realized significant and immediate benefits including a consistent 6% reduction in handle time per interaction, enabling them to handle 434 more customers per week with that same team. In addition, Western & Southern Life experienced faster after call work completion, lower abandoned rate, and increased NPS scores.

Western & Southern Life will now deploy Rollio.ai across more than 300 of its agents in this next phase.
